
The Star of Kings is a lively King’s Cross pub and event venue on York Way, close to King’s Cross St Pancras. Set across three floors, it combines a busy pub atmosphere with dedicated spaces for live music, DJs, comedy, karaoke and private events.
Its basement space, Behind The Bookcase, has capacity for around 120 guests and is well suited to grassroots gigs, club nights, comedy shows and promoter-led events. With a history that includes Basement Jaxx, Charlie Sloth, Phil Wang, Sara Pascoe and Lou Sanders, The Star of Kings offers a flexible and characterful setting in one of London’s busiest music and nightlife areas.
